Hollyday x Mallorca Osteopaths - Move to Heal Social Run Event

Save the date for a special weekday strength & mobility session tailored specifically for runners with Hollyday Running & Mallorca Osteopaths!

We’ll start with an easy 20-min warm-up run, then the Mallorca Osteopaths team will guide us through a hands-on workout focused on improving movement, reducing injury risk, and boosting performance. Their concept is super cool - they bring their along benches to the workouts and help treat athletes in real time!

There will be a small fee (€10 for our group, normally €15 — we get a special discount — to be paid day-of) and limited spaces to make the most of the hands-on adjustment experience.
